Job description

Verification Specialist role is responsible for ensuring effective, accurate and comprehensive employment background screening processes and results.
What will you do:
  1. Conduct screening verification by searching on the internet, social media, and databases, and contacting the informant such as telephone or email.
  2. Verification of information through comprehensive online media resources, emailing, and databases.
  3. Email and messages to sources when required.
  4. Phone conversations with university and company representatives.
  5. Phone interviews with references.
  6. Interviewing resources with the pretext to gather deeper information.
  7. Analysis of information obtained.
  8. Drafting comprehensive reports.
  9. Close collaboration with HR related to internal candidate screenings.
  10. Consulting crucial problems to the Production Manager before taking action.
  11. Giving suggestions to the Production Manager related to the performance of field screeners.
  12. Any improvement to process and methodology.
  13. Any impediments to feedback and advice related to Prisma.
  14. Ad hoc assignments as requested by the supervisor.
Who we need:
  1. High level of integrity.
  2. Minimum Diploma Degree in any discipline.
  3. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
