About the job Venue Manager (Entertainment Provider) II

We are recruiting on behalf of one of the Entertainment Providers in Indonesia and they are looking for a Venue Manager. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of the venue, including sales, marketing, and guest experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Ensure the venue is properly maintained, including the equipment.
  2. Manage to achieve sales targets.
  3. Work closely with the marketing team to attract customers and create marketing strategies and activities.
  4. Ensure customer satisfaction and build good relationships with them.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in related industries such as hospitality, retail, or entertainment.
  2. Fluency in English is preferred.
  3. Experience working with children and knowledge of child development.
  4. Strong leadership and communication skills.
  5. Ability to adapt to a child-friendly environment.
  6. Able to work with a team.
  7. Strong retail operations management skills.
  8. Willingness to work flexible mall hours.
