About the job Venue Manager (Entertainment Provider)

We are recruiting on behalf of one of the Entertainment Providers in Indonesia, and they are looking for a Venue Manager. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of venues, including sales, marketing, and guest experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure the venue is properly maintained, including the equipment.
  • Manage to achieve the sales targets.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to attract customers and participate in creating marketing strategies and activities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build good relationships with them.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in related industries such as hospitality, retail, or entertainment.
  • Fluency in English is preferred.
  • Experience working with children and knowledge of child development.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a child-friendly environment.
  • Able to work well in a team.
  • Strong retail operations management skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible mall hours.
