Lembaga Pembiayaan Ekspor Indonesia (Indonesia Eximbank) recherche un candidat pour coordonner le développement des politiques d'entreprise afin de soutenir la gouvernance d'entreprise. Vous serez chargé de revoir et de mettre à jour les politiques tout en assurant la conformité et l'efficacité opérationnelle. Ce poste convient aux jeunes diplômés ou à ceux ayant une expérience minimale dans le secteur bancaire, avec des compétences en analyse et en communication.
Assist in coordinating the development of business policies and procedures as an effort to realize and support good corporate governance in line with the evolving needs and business activities of LPEI.
Responsibilities:
Implement strategies to fulfill the adequacy of policies, manuals, and business procedures as determined by management to support the smooth operation of the institution’s business and operational activities.
Review all new policies, manuals, and business procedures to support the smooth operation of the institution’s business and operational activities.
Assist in updating all applicable policies, manuals, and business procedures to support the smooth operation of the institution’s business and operational activities.
Prepare the data and information required to analyze the alignment of all current policies, manuals, and business procedures with applicable regulations.
Prepare the data and information needed for periodic analysis of all applicable policies, manuals, and business procedures to support the implementation of the institution’s business activities.
Assist in the approval process of all policies, manuals, and business procedures established to support the implementation of the institution’s operational and business activities.
Prepare proposals for the submission, renewal, and management of the institution’s list of business partners, including Public Appraisal Offices (KJPP), Public Accounting Firms (KAP), Notaries/PPATs, Management Consultants, General Insurance Companies, Insurance Brokerage Companies, Collateral Management, Auction Houses, Reinsurance Brokerage Companies, Insurance Loss Adjusters, and third-party collection services at LPEI, to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Assist in evaluating the requirements and criteria for prospective business partners in accordance with their duties and the partners’ professional profiles.
Prepare the necessary documents for LPEI’s prospective business partners and ensure that all specified requirements are met.
Conduct performance monitoring of business partners (in collaboration with the work units that use the partners’ services).
Ensure the achievement of individual performance targets.
Carry out all operational activities in accordance with applicable good corporate governance principles.
Implement follow-up actions for audit findings.
Perform other tasks as required by the institution and/or as instructed by superiors.
Job Qualifications:
1. Minimum graduate from any reputable university. Post-graduation will be and added advantage.
2. Fresh Graduates or minimal 1 year of experience in banking and/or financial institutions.
3. Have good knowledge and understanding of:
LPEI’s products and operations
Laws and regulations related to business and operational processes, as well as LPEI’s products and services
Product and policy development
