Job Desc :
Processing and updating the database of truck, car carrier vendors, etc.
Ensure truck availability to support company operations
Manage truck procurement process from vendors, including Request for Proposal (RFP), proposal evaluation, and vendor selection.
Manage contracts with vendors, including negotiation, signing, and monitoring of contracts.
Monitor vendor performance, including service quality, timeliness, and contract compliance.
Identify and manage risks associated with vendors, such as service failures, data security, and regulatory compliance.
Communicate with vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth processes.
Develop and maintain good relationships with vendors to ensure the availability of quality services.
Evaluate vendor performance on a regular basis to ensure that vendors meet set standards.
Manage vendor-related issues, including dispute resolution and grievance management.
