Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Track and ensure fulfillment of requests from existing vendors.
- Identify and assess risks associated with vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts and performance metrics.
- Develop and manage vendor contracts in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare vendor evaluation reports and provide improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure vendor compliance with requirements.
- Identify and manage vendor-related risks.
- Develop strategies to minimize operational risks and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements:
- Minimum D3/S1 education for all majors
- Minimum 3 years of Vendor Management experience (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred/ Freight Forwarding & logistics industry)

- Understand purchasing, shipping, budget, and contract management
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with analytical skills
- Skills in Microsoft Office
Job Description:
- Tracking and ensuring fulfillment of requests from existing vendors
- Identify and assess risks associated with vendors, including financial, operational, and compliance risks
- Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, communications, and performance metrics
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in vendor management
- Develop, manage, and ensure vendor contracts comply with company policies (Contract Negotiation and Partnership Agreements)
- Prepare regular vendor evaluation reports and provide improvement recommendations when necessary (Vendor Performance Monitoring)
- Collaborate with the operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure vendors meet the company's requirements (Internal Team Coordination)
- Identify and manage vendor-related risks, such as delivery delays or service discrepancies
- Develop mitigation strategies to minimize risks that could impact business operations
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through negotiation and optimization of vendor contracts
- Analyze vendor cost-effectiveness in relation to the services provided
- Ensure vendors comply with operational standards, company policies, and relevant industry regulations
- Prepare and regularly update vendor compliance documentation
- Build long-term relationships with vendors to foster mutually beneficial collaboration
- Develop partnership strategies that enhance the efficiency and quality of the company’s logistics services
