Job description

Coordinate the procurement and purchasing activities for goods and services required by the company.

Conduct market research, build and maintain relationships with vendors (Vendor Management), and negotiate to secure the best pricing and terms.

Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations and Sales, to fulfill procurement and logistics needs.

Manage logistics-related documentation, including purchase records and vendor contracts.

Analyze current logistics processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1). with experience in logistics procurement/vendor management/solution design

At least 3 years of experience in logistics field is a must.

Strong understanding of logistics management principles and practices.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders.

Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.

Strong organizational skills and effective time management.

Knowledge of logistics-related regulations and compliance requirements.

Analytical thinking in assessing and improving logistics processes.
