ResponsibilitiesAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Vendor Management Specialist to oversee and optimize our trucking fleet operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and trucking vendors across Indonesia. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong logistics background, excellent vendor networks, and a deep understanding of trucking operations in key industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable trucking vendors and 3PL providers to support fleet operations.
• Negotiate competitive rates and service agreements while ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Monitor vendor performance (KPIs, SLAs) and implement improvement plans when necessary.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of trucking partners across various regions in Indonesia.
• Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, procurement, operations) to ensure seamless transportation solutions.
• Analyze market trends, transportation costs, and vendor capabilities to optimize efficiency.
• Resolve operational issues related to delays, damages, or service failures.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements in trucking operations.

RequirementsWhat We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in freight sourcing, logistics, or transportation management.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with 3PL providers and trucking vendors.
• Extensive network of trucking vendors across Jabodetabek & Java
• Proven experience in trucking operations for industries such as FMCG, Retail, and F&B.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Highly motivated, performance-driven, and team-oriented with a "winning mindset".
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and data analytics.
• Knowledge of Indonesian logistics regulations and trucking industry standards.
