Job summary

Jobseeker Software is seeking a detail-oriented tax professional to perform non-trade tax invoice validation and data entry, support monthly reporting and consolidation, and prepare data for e-Faktur uploads. You will also manage and maintain Master Data for vendors, customers, and manufacturers, and follow up on rejected data while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, 3–4 years’ experience in tax, familiarity with Coretax and tax regulations,

Job Objective

Perform non-trade tax invoice validation and entry, support monthly reporting and consolidation, prepare and validate data for e-Faktur upload and follow up on rejected data, as well as manage and maintain Master Data for vendors, customers, and manufacturers.

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major; preferably majoring in Accounting, Tax, Economics, and other related major
• Have minimum 3-4 year of experience in Tax, have experience in retail will be advantages
• Familiar with the work of Finance and Taxation and handling Coretax
• Good understanding of tax-related accounting, including reconciliations
• Have strong knowledge in Tax Regulation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and accounting/tax software
