Job description

- Supervise and ensure proper execution of process validation (production, cleaning, aseptic filling) and equipment qualification (production equipment, utilities, facilities) according to plan and quality standards.

- Lead and develop team members through coaching, performance evaluation, and training.

- Coordinate validation and qualification activities with other departments.

- Investigate and follow up on any deviations found during validation or qualification processes.
