A leading company in livestock equipment is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead their sales team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen and a proven track record in sales management, especially within the agricultural equipment industry. QUALIFICATIONS
– BSc Marketing, Business, Engineering or other related degree program
– Eight or more years of proven Sales Management experience with regard to hard goods such as installed livestock equipment
– Excellent business acumen with strong leadership / mentoring skills
– Ability to build, retain and motivate a high-performing sales team
– Previous Sales Engineering or Sales Production experience with poultry equipment very beneficial
– Ag background a MUST
– Strong interpersonal skills as well as strong sales and networking skills
– Self-directed with ability to work well within a matrix reporting work culture
– Excellent oral and written English communication skills
– Ability to travel Southeast Asia
