Job summary

Toppi is seeking a UX/UI Engineer to shape the look and feel of our web app in Amsterdam. You will own frontend design and implementation, blending UX with engineering to deliver delightful experiences for restaurant owners.

You’ll collaborate with the founders and a small team to build features end-to-end, refining the product through iteration and user feedback in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on frontend experience with React.
• Strong eye for UX and intuitive interfaces.
• Fluent in English; Dutch language proficiency is expected.

Responsibilities

• Own the Frontend & UI/UX: lead the design and build of our web app (React, TypeScript, Tailwind).
• Design &Prototype: create intuitive interfaces and flows; translate ideas into tangible UI.
• Bridge the Gap: translate data and AI outputs into simple, beautiful experiences for restaurant owners.
• Establish Best Practices: shape frontend engineering practices, design system, and code quality.
• Move Fast: iterate with customers and ship solutions.
