Danone Specialized Nutrition Indonesia seeks an experienced Utility Supervisor to lead safe, reliable operation of our Sentul Factory utilities. You will manage maintenance of boilers, chillers, electrical systems, water treatment, and facilities, delivering reliability, safety and cost-efficiency.

You will guide technical teams and contractors, ensure compliance with safety standards, and drive continuous improvement across preventive and corrective maintenance, RCA, and energy efficiency

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in utilities, engineering or maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with boiler, ammonia chiller, and MV/LV electrical distribution.
• Experience maintaining utility systems (compressor, HVAC, WTP, WWTP, cooling tower, fire protection).
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, root cause analysis, reliability improvement, and safety management.
• Proficient in SAP PM and AutoCAD; basic electrical control & automation.
• Strong safety knowledge: boiler ammonia handling and electrical safety.
• Proven leadership with technical teams and contractors.

• Lead safe, reliable, and efficient operation of utility systems at the Sentul Factory.
• Oversee maintenance and improvement of boilers, chillers, electrical systems, water treatment, and facility infrastructure.
• Drive reliability, safety, sustainability, and cost-efficiency targets.
• Coach and lead technical teams and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and SAP-based maintenance.
