Job summary

Ruangguru seeks educators to support MT Akademia by delivering coaching, training, and mentoring sessions. You will collaborate with Academic Team leaders to enhance teaching skills and effectiveness, while guiding students toward academic success.

You will conduct consultations with students and parents with Student Advisors, participate in CBC sessions, and teach in classroom settings, modeling high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with teams and cross-functional departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions for MT Akademia under Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct student or parent consultations with Student Advisors to map pathways.
• Organize and run Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to address academic issues.
• Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices with regional teams.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings, delivering high-quality instruction.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders for smooth class operations.
• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
