Job summary

Ruangguru for Business is seeking a dedicated educator to join our MT Akademia team. You will provide coaching and training under the Academic Team, and collaborate with Student Advisors to map pathways for students and engage with parents for renewal.

You will run Homework Clinics, participate in CBC sessions, and demonstrate strong classroom teaching to model excellent practice for MT Akademia. The role includes maintaining relationships with BAC staff and developing supporting teaching

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field is required.
Experience teaching USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri prep is preferred.
Strong classroom management and instructional planning skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide coaching and training sessions under Academic Team guidance.
Conduct student/parent consulting with Student Advisors to outline pathways.
Lead Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to address academic issues and solutions.
Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices with regional team.
Teach students in classroom settings with high-quality instruction.
Fulfill minimum teaching sessions including CBC and classroom teaching.
Maintain relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders for smooth operations.
Develop teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum.
