Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking dedicated MT Akademia educators to coach and train learners, delivering engaging classes and serving as a buddy under the Academic Team.

You will conduct student and parent consultations to map academic pathways, lead Homework Clinics, and participate in CBC sessions with regional teams to share best practices. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and implement blended learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions to enhance teaching skills under Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents to outline pathways for academic goals.
• Lead Homework Clinics to help students address issues with solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices with regional team.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings with high-quality instruction.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation.
• Maintain relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders for smooth class operations.
• Meet minimum session requirements including CBC and classroom teaching.
