KantorKu seeks educators to support MT Akademia through coaching, training, and classroom teaching across programs. You will collaborate with the Academic Team to enhance student learning and engagement, deliver Homework Clinics, and participate in CBC sessions with regional teams.

The role emphasizes developing teaching materials, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering high-quality instruction in classroom settings.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam prep.
• Strong understanding of educational principles and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with teams and cross-functional departments.

Responsabilités

• Provide coaching and training sessions for MT Akademia.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents with Student Advisors.
• Run Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to address academic issues.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and share best practices.
• Teach students directly in classrooms with high-quality instruction.
• Fulfill minimum sessions including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum.
