Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking an experienced educator to join our MT Akademia team in Semarang. You will coach, train, and mentor teachers, conduct student/parent consultations, and lead clinics to address learning gaps.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and implement blended learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions to enhance teaching skills under Academic Team guidance.
• Consult with students/parents with Student Advisors to guide academic pathways.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to address issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices with regional team.
• Teach students in classroom settings with high-quality instruction and engaging lessons.
• Fulfill minimum sessions including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders for smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation.
