Currently our client, a well-established brand in the E-Commerce Industry, is looking for a User Growth Manager to be located in Jakarta as described below.

Responsibilities

• Understand growth potential and define new projects with clear work teams to drive user growth.
• Define resources including budget and team involvement for growth programs.
• Facilitate problem solving and manage cross-team coordination.
• Work with analysts, collect insights from sales and merchandise, interview customers, benchmark competitors, and align platform decisions with leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in consulting, tech, or FMCG company.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree and Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in using data strategy development tools.
• Good business insight and business sensitivity with the ability to think creatively.
• Good project management skills with a results-driven mindset and teamwork (ownership, deliver before deadline, people engagement).
