About The Role
As Growth Lead, you will play a key role in driving user acquisition, activation, and retention for our fast-paced e-grocery and quick commerce platform. In your first six months, you'll be expected to identify growth levers across performance marketing, CRM, referral, and in-app promotions—while working closely with product, analytics, and category teams. The role demands a strong bias for experimentation, data-driven decision making, and hands-on execution. You’ll face the challenge of scaling demand efficiently in a price-sensitive, competitive market, and will be instrumental in shaping our growth engine for long-term sustainability.
