A leading company in digital marketing in Bali is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist. This role involves leading user acquisition campaigns across major platforms, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with creative teams to optimize ad creatives. Candidates should have over 3 years of relevant experience and be fluent in English. Competitive compensation is offered.
What You’ll Do
● Lead end-to-end user acquisition campaigns on major platforms (e.g., Meta, Google UAC, AppLovin, Unity Ads, TikTok).
● Analyze campaign performance via attribution tools (e.g, AppsFlyer, Adjust, SKAdNetwork) and drive optimization for KPIs such as installs, cost-per-install (CPI), ROAS, and retention.
● Design, test, and iterate on ad creatives and messaging in collaboration with our creative and product teams to optimize results. Monitor campaign budgets; dynamically allocate spend across channels and regions to maximize ROI.
● Conduct A/B tests across formats, audiences, placements, and bids to refine targeting and performance.
● Develop dashboards, reporting templates, and comprehensive performance summaries for stakeholders.
● Keep up with emerging mobile ad trends, technologies, and platform algorithm changes to stay ahead of the curve.
Who You Are
● Experience: 3+ years in performance marketing or mobile UA, ideally within gaming or app-powered businesses.
● Platform & Tools: Deep familiarity with growth channels such as Meta Ads, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, Unity, DSPs, and MMPs like AppsFlyer, SKAdNetwork, Adjust.
● Analytical: Strong ability to dissect data, conduct cohort analysis, and translate insights into campaign decisions.
● Creative Collaborator: Proficient in coordinating with creative teams to test, refine, and optimize assets.
● Business-minded: Balanced focus on both brand and performance-driven campaigns.
● Communication: Fluent in English, with excellent collaboration across global and cross‑functional teams.
● Bonus if you have experience with hyper-casual/gaming verticals or managed medium-to-large UA budgets.
