Job summary

Prosper Global Indonesia (PGID) Jakarta office is seeking a Program Manager for the Urban Climate Resilience Programme to lead strategy, planning, and MEL for the Jakarta project, coordinating with partners C40 and Zurich Indonesia.

The role requires a university degree, 8+ years NGO experience in climate or humanitarian sectors, and strong governance, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement. Based in Jakarta with field travel.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field and 8+ years NGO experience.
• Experience in climate or disaster risk reduction programs.
• Strong budgeting, planning, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the UCRP program team across PGID and partners.
• Coordinate with C40 and Zurich Indonesia and local government agencies.
• Develop monthly workplans, budgets, and progress reports.
• Oversee MERL, baseline/endline activities, and safeguarding.
• Ensure donor compliance and timely reporting.
