What you will do

• Interface with customers to establish and maintain positive, ongoing relationships.
• Support customers with daily operations, process, and technical issues.
• Carry out upgrading, installation, and commissioning of Tetra Pak processing equipment.
• Maintain and manage customer files, report on upgrading activities.
• Collaborate with the Upgrade Project Manager to develop solutions, quotations, and implement upgrade solutions.

We believe you have

Language & Education

Bachelor’s degree in Food, Dairy, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related fields, graduating in 2024.

Professional skills & Experience

• Strong technical skills.
• Knowledge of field instruments, industrial networks, control systems.
• Automation background with experience in Siemens/Allen Bradley software programming, Wonderware (InTouch).
• Responsive to customer needs.
• Culturally sensitive.
• Resourceful and creative in developing onsite solutions.
• Based in Jakarta and willing to travel frequently for service.
