Job Purpose

Develop UFS Business through Trade and Horeca channels by collaborating and leading Operators & Distributors to achieve targets. If this role suits you, this is the right opportunity!

Main Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales objectives in Hypermarket accounts.
  • Ensure product availability aligns with coverage objectives.
  • Monitor competitiveness, propose, negotiate, and implement activities to exceed goals.
  • Execute category strategies effectively at points of sale.
  • Implement innovations timely and effectively.
  • Grow categories in Hypermarkets through Category Management Plans.
  • Inspire, challenge, and train the sales team.
  • Manage trade investments and activities.

Candidate Criteria

  • Excellent negotiator who creates value for both Customer & Unilever.
  • Ability to influence across organizational levels.
  • Team builder with leadership experience.
  • Experience in category management and channel development is advantageous.
  • Experience in large, developed Modern Trade markets is an advantage.
  • Willing to relocate to Jakarta, Indonesia.

Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in any field; culinary background is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as Sales Supervisor in FMCG.
  • Solid experience managing distributors, B2B, Horeca, and Go-to-Market strategies.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills across organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to thrive in fast-paced settings.

Leadership

  • Proven team leadership and negotiation skills.
