Job Purpose

Develop UFS Business through Trade and Horeca (Hotel/Restaurant/Café) channels by collaborating with operators and distributors to meet UFS targets.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Achieve sales objectives in Hypermarket accounts.
  2. Ensure our products are permanently available according to coverage goals.
  3. Monitor our competitiveness, propose, negotiate, and implement activities to surpass objectives.
  4. Execute our categories' presence at points of sale effectively.
  5. Implement category innovations promptly and effectively.
  6. Drive category growth and market share in hypermarkets through Category Management Plans.
  7. Inspire, challenge, and train the sales team.
  8. Manage trade investments and activities within the channel.

Candidate Criteria

  • Excellent negotiator capable of creating value for both customers and Unilever.
  • Skilled in navigating organizational structures and influencing at all levels.
  • Team builder with experience in leading and developing teams.
  • Experience in category management and channel development is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in large, developed Modern Trade markets is advantageous.
  • Willing to relocate to Jakarta, Indonesia.

Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field; culinary background is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Sales Supervisor in FMCG.
  • Solid experience managing distributors, B2B, Horeca, and go-to-market strategies.

Skills

  • Effective communication skills across organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis.
  • Initiative, proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Leadership

  • Proven team leadership and negotiation skills.
