The ideal candidate holds a High School Diploma, has basic experience in uniforms or related services, and can fit and adjust uniforms. Strong organization, teamwork, and the ability to work independently are essential, with physical fitness for daily duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK (high school) or equivalent.
• Experience in Uniform, Laundry, Tailoring, or related roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of uniform inventory, distribution, collection, and maintenance.
• Able to perform uniform fitting, size adjustments, and repairs.
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
• Detail-oriented and responsible for maintaining uniform records.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and follow procedures.
• Physically fit to handle daily uniform-related activities.
• Hospitality industry experience is an advantage.
• Willing to work as a Daily Worker (DW) based on operational needs.
