Job summary

INDICO, the digital technology subsidiary behind Telkomsel's ventures, seeks a UI/UX Product Designer to craft engaging experiences across product lines. You will balance user needs with business goals, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to visually appealing, consistent interfaces.

This role emphasizes collaboration with PMs, engineers, and copywriters, plus proficiency in design systems and Figma.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in product UX-UI design for mobile apps, mobile web, and desktop web.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles.
• Experience collaborating with product managers, copywriters, and engineers.
• Experience with design systems and rapid prototyping tools.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to stakeholders.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance design aesthetics and exploration.
• Willing to commit to a minimum 6-month contract period.

Responsibilities

• Study PRD and design briefs, define user flows and design requirements.
• Conceptualize visuals and experiences based on requirements.
• Collaborate with copywriters, PMs, and engineers to deliver final designs.
• Participate in user research and usability testing to inform decisions.
• Define success metrics for design and conduct usability studies.
• Ensure graphics and layouts align with product-brand guidelines.
• Maintain design systems, patterns, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with front-end engineers to translate designs into interfaces.

At INDICO, we are looking for a passionate UI/UX Product Designer to become a part of our innovative team. In this role, you will contribute to crafting engaging and user-friendly digital experiences across our product lines. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to balance user needs with business objectives, ensuring that our digital products are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

What you will do but not limited to:

• Study PRD, design briefs, define user flow, anddetermineproduct design requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product UX-UI design, mobile app, mobile web, desktop web.
• Strong portfolioshowcasingdesign principles and user-centered methodologies
• Strong experience with MUI designsystem, Figma,FigJam,Jiraor similar ones that Product Designers widely use.
• Experience working with front-end engineers to convert designs into functional interfaces
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and implement design decisions and research findings to stakeholders
• An added value if you use AI tools to elevate your design aesthetics and speed up technical exploration.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Passionate about empowering Indonesia’s digital economy and accelerating digital wealth distribution
• Willing for a minimum 6-month contract-based employment period
