Job summary

INDICO is seeking a talented UI/UX designer to collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into compelling visual designs. You will conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and help document design guidelines to ensure consistency across platforms.

• Excellent communication abilities to present and defend design decisions.
• Proficiency with design tools, especially Figma, and rapid prototyping.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver on time.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and user needs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.
• Create low and high-fidelity wireframes and visual design concepts.
• Assist in documenting design guidelines and specifications.
• Support the design team in various design-related tasks.
