Responsibilities

• Discover - Run user interviews, surveys, and analytics deep‑dives to surface real guest pain points and opportunities
• Design - Turn insights into clear wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI that elevate AYANA's brand
• Deliver - Partner closely with product managers and engineers to scope, iterate, and ship features on time
• Validate - Conduct usability tests, review usage data, and refine designs based on evidence
  
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years' professional UI/UX or product design experience with a strong online portfolio
• Mastery of Figma (or similar), prototyping, responsive design, and interaction principles
• Proven track record creating intuitive native or cross‑platform mobile apps from concept to launch
• Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills in English
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, agile environment
• Willing to be placed in Bali
