Job summary

HIT Corporation is seeking a UI/UX Designer with strong visual capabilities to craft modern, intuitive experiences for web, mobile, dashboards, and landing pages. You will translate user needs into clear flows, build design systems, and collaborate with developers and product teams.

The role focuses on typography, color theory, and responsive layouts, with attention to accessibility. You will own designs from concept to handoff, conduct usability checks, and ensure consistency across products.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Visual Communication Design or related field.
• Strong understanding of Visual Communication Design (DKV) principles.
• Proficient in Figma for layouts, components, and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Design UI/UX for Web Applications, Mobile Applications, Dashboards, Admin Panels, and Landing Pages
• Create User Flows, User Journeys, Wireframes, Mockups, and High-Fidelity Prototypes
• Translate business and user needs into effective, intuitive designs
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, style guides, typography, color, and visual language
• Evaluate and improve designs based on user and stakeholder feedback
• Conduct UX Research, Competitor Analysis, and usability evaluations as needed
• Ensure designs have clear information structure and navigation
• Prepare designs ready for handoff to Developers
• Collaborate with Product, Developer, Marketing, and other stakeholders
• Perform quality checks on design implementation to ensure alignment with created designs

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with strong visual capabilities, understanding of Visual Communication Design (DKV) principles, and the ability to create intuitive, modern, and consistent user experiences. The ideal candidate can not only create attractive interfaces but also understand user needs, structure application flows, build design systems, and collaborate with developers and related teams to deliver quality digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Design UI/UX for Web Applications, Mobile Applications, Dashboards, Admin Panels, and Landing Pages

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education from Visual Communication Design (DKV), UI/UX Design, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or related fields
• Strong understanding of Visual Communication Design (DKV) principles
• Mastery of Layout, Typography, Color Theory, Composition, Visual Hierarchy, Grid System, and Visual Consistency
• Proficient in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototype, Styles, Design System, and Responsive Layout
• Able to independently create User Flows, Wireframes, Mockups, and Interactive Prototypes
• Understanding of User-Centered Design, Usability, Accessibility, and Responsive Design principles
• Strong visual design capabilities and not solely dependent on templates
• Able to create modern, clean, structured, and user-friendly designs
• High attention to detail including spacing, alignment, typography, hierarchy, and consistency
• Understanding of Design Handoff process to Developers
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Open to feedback and able to iterate designs quickly
• Able to work independently and within teams
• Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop proficiency is a plus
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive layout is a plus
• Experience using AI Tools to support design work is a plus
• Previous experience with SaaS, LMS, ERP, Dashboard, Fintech, Education Technology, or Web/Mobile applications is a plus
• Ability to build Design Systems from scratch is a plus
• Understanding of interaction design and micro-interactions is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum product development methods is a plus
• Experience conducting usability testing is a plus
• Good Graphic Design/DKV capabilities are a plus
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or AI Design Tools is a plus
