Job Description:

• Conduct User Research And Gather Insights To Inform Design Decisions. Create User Personas And User Journeys To Guide The Design Process.
  
• Develop Wireframes, User Flows, And Interactive Prototypes To Visually Represent The User Experience And Functionality Of Digital Products.
• Create Visually Appealing And User-friendly Interfaces That Align With The Company's Branding And Style Guidelines.
• Plan And Conduct Usability Testing Sessions To Gather Feedback And Make Iterative Improvements To Designs.
• Collaborate Closely With Cross-functional Teams, Including Product Managers, Developers, And Other Stakeholders, To Ensure The Seamless Integration Of Design Into The Development Process.
• Ensure Designs Are Responsive And Adaptable To Different Devices And Screen Sizes.
• Ensure Designs Comply With Accessibility Standards (e.g., WCAG) To Make Digital Products Inclusive For All Users.
  
• Contribute To The Development And Maintenance Of Design Systems And Style Guides To Maintain Design Consistency.
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
  
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
  
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into simple and intuitive design solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  
• A creative and innovative mindset, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design techniques.
  
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect designs.
