Currently, we are assisting a prominent consumer products company in their search for a UGC (User-Generated Content) Video Editor. This role focuses on crafting engaging and dynamic video content that showcases consumer experiences with products and helps highlight brand stories.

Responsibilities:

  1. Edit and assemble raw footage submitted by users, creating polished and engaging video content.
  2. Select appropriate music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance the overall impact of the videos.
  3. Ensure videos align with the brand’s voice and messaging while meeting project deadlines.
  4. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand content requirements and audience preferences.
  5. Stay updated on current trends in video editing and social media to create relevant and captivating content.
  6. Review user-generated content submissions and communicate feedback effectively.
  7. Generate 10 short video ideas per day from an existing library.
  8. Maintain a proven track record of managing workload effectively.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in video editing, especially with user-generated content.
  2. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  3. Strong understanding of branding and storytelling in video content.
  4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
  6. Familiarity with social media platforms and content optimization.
