Job Title: User Acquisition (UA) Manager
Location: Indonesia (On-site)
Department: Marketing
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven User Acquisition Manager to join our on-site team in Indonesia. In this role, you will play a key part in scaling our user base by managing and optimizing paid UA campaigns across major digital platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and product to ensure high-performance marketing initiatives for our O&O apps.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across various channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, and others
  • Monitor and analyze daily performance metrics to ensure campaign efficiency and strong ROI
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop, test, and iterate on high-performing ad creatives
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and new opportunities for growth
  • Partner with analytics and product teams to track, measure, and attribute campaign performance accurately
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies across campaigns to meet KPIs
  • Design and implement A/B tests to evaluate campaign effectiveness and audience behavior
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to relevant stakeholders

    Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition, preferably in mobile apps or gaming
  • Strong knowledge of major ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, AppLovin, etc.)
  • Solid analytical skills with a strong grasp of metrics like CPI, ROAS, CTR, CVR, etc.
  • Proficiency with tracking tools (MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar)
  • Familiarity with creative testing strategies and performance feedback loops
  • Comfortable working with data dashboards and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluency in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
