Job description
Job Title: Sales Manager / Sales Supervisor
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience in the TBR and OTR Tire field of sales and marketing, especially with heavy equipment companies, large tire companies, and mining companies.
Extensive network of relationships in the heavy equipment, mining, plantation, transportation & logistics business circles.
Knowledge about TBR tire products and OTR Tire.
Good communication skills.
Able to speak English (mandatory) OR Mandarin (preferred).
Able to operate a computer and MS Office.
Willing to travel around Indonesia.
Sales Manager Responsibilities:
Promote and market high-quality tire products to consumers in the mining, plantation, transportation, and logistics industries.
Analyze market information and potential business opportunities to develop innovative, creative, competitive, and profitable sales strategies.
Follow up the sales agreement process up to the technical payment.
Carry out sales promotions for high-quality large car tire products (tronton, loader).
Provide information on competitor activities and market conditions for leadership analysis needs.
Identify prospective clients.
Analyze target markets and trends to develop strategies.
Record sales results.
Sales Supervisor Responsibilities:
Oversee daily sales operations and staff performance.
Motivate and coach sales staff to improve skills and productivity.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
Analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Train new sales staff and conduct ongoing training for existing team members.
Provide feedback and conduct performance reviews.
Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complaints effectively.
Foster strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty.
Track individual and team performance against sales targets.
Adjust tactics and strategies based on performance metrics.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for restocking.
Ensure compliance with company policies on stock management.
Prepare reports on sales performance and present findings to upper management.
Communicate updates, promotions, and company initiatives to the sales team.
Additional Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their needs.
Provide product information and demonstrate features.
Process sales transactions accurately.
Handle cash, credit, and returns efficiently.
Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotions.
Attend training sessions as needed.
Identify potential leads and follow up as necessary.
Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Meet or exceed individual sales targets.
Maintain a positive attitude and strive for team success.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Report sales figures and customer feedback to supervisors.
