Job summary

WPP Media Indonesia is seeking a Trading Manager to support media investment and trading operations. The role manages TV deal inventory, pricing, and vendor negotiations, ensuring accurate inventory consumption and timely approvals.

The position requires strong numerical analysis, forecasting, and the ability to handle multiple deadlines with solid controls, working closely with Finance, cluster teams, and global reviewers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in media trading or media investments, preferably TV exposure.
• Strong numerical analysis, forecasting, and attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience in inventory management, pricing, vendor negotiation, and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with effective controls.
• Clear communication with internal stakeholders in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Forecast TV deal inventory using historical data and forecasts.
• Develop and submit deal inventory proposals for regional review.
• Coordinate deal agreements with internal stakeholders and media vendors.
• Maintain billing, cost records, and supporting documentation in IMS.
• Monitor consumption, pacing, margin, and risk; propose corrective actions.
• Lead negotiations on buying rates, packages, and terms with TV stations and vendors.
• Prepare weekly inventory and revenue reporting and reconcile month-end costs.
• Ensure compliance with trading policies and governance.
