Pendidikan is seeking a Chemistry Tutor to teach Chemistry according to a curriculum and OSN Kimia prep to students in Medan. The role involves developing modules, practice questions, and explanations to help learners master stoichiometry, atomic structure, bonding, thermochemistry, kinetics, equilibrium, acids/bases, electrochemistry, and organic chemistry.

You will guide students in solving calculations, monitor progress, and collaborate with the team to create question banks and olympiad

Formación

• Minimum S1 (Bachelor's) degree in Chemistry, Chemistry Education, or related field.
• Master basic and advanced Chemistry concepts appropriate to teaching level.
• Understand OSN Kimia materials and question characteristics (valued).
• Able to develop modules, practice questions, and explanations systematically and accurately.
• Strong analytical, calculation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and teaching skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Able to use digital learning media.
• Careful, disciplined, creative, and able to work collaboratively with a team.
• Teaching experience, olympiad coaching, or Chemistry competition achievements (valued).

Responsabilidades

• Guide students in solving calculation and chemistry analysis problems systematically
• Train critical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities through practice questions
• Develop interactive learning methods suited to students' ability levels
• Evaluate learning outcomes and monitor student progress regularly
• Collaborate with the academic team in developing materials, question banks, and olympiad coaching programs
