Job summary

PT Aditya Mandiri Sejahtera in Depok invites a creative TikTok Content Creator to transform fashion ideas into engaging videos that connect with audiences and strengthen our brand across social media.

You will craft concepts, shoot and edit videos using Premiere Pro, stay on trend, support styling, and collaborate with the marketing team to drive reach and engagement on TikTok and other platforms.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Communication, Visual Communication Design, Marketing, Fashion, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in TikTok content creation, social media, or a similar creative role is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or other video editing software.
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, content formats, and audience behavior.
• Good understanding of fashion styling, visual presentation, and product styling.
• Knowledge of typography, visual composition, and basic graphic design principles.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable appearing on camera or participating in on-camera content production when required.
• A portfolio or examples of previous TikTok/social media content are required.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging and creative TikTok content that aligns with brand identity, current trends, and target audiences.
• Develop content ideas, creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards for TikTok videos.
• Handle production including shooting, basic editing, and post-production with Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Produce visually appealing content with attention to typography, composition, and storytelling.
• Assist with fashion styling and product presentation.
• Keep up with latest TikTok trends, sounds, formats, and creative approaches.
• Collaborate with creative/marketing/social teams to execute content strategies and schedules.
• Monitor performance and provide input to improve engagement and reach.
