Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions and ensure optimal utilization of funds.
• Prepare and analyze cash flow forecasts to support the company’s operational and strategic decisions.
• Ensure sufficient liquidity for procurement and other operational requirements.
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to manage banking transactions efficiently.
• Oversee all bank transactions, including fund transfers, foreign exchange transactions, and payments.
• Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise the timely processing of payments to suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the Accounts Receivable team to ensure timely collection from customers.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual treasury reports for management review.
• Analyze variances between forecasted and actual cash flows.
• Provide financial analysis to support key business decisions and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Assist in managing the company’s debt portfolio, ensuring timely repayment of loans and interest.
• Oversee short-term and long-term investment activities to maximize returns.
• Execute and monitor Hedging transactions including FX Forward, DNDF, FX Swap and other approved Hedging instruments
• Monitor and analyze the company's foreign currency exposure arising from imports, intercompany transactions, loans and other foreign currency cash flows
