Job summary

Agung Sedayu Group is seeking a treasury/finance professional in Jakarta to manage daily cash flow, vendor payments, and financial reconciliations. You will prepare regular cash flow reports and analyze inflows and outflows across multiple projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Financial Management with at least 2 years in treasury or finance, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP. Willing to be stationed in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of treasury or finance experience.
• Adept in cash flow management and data analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• Detail oriented with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly cash flow reports and reconcile cash movements.
• Collect and verify payment documents and tax amounts from vendors and contractors.
• Review and record bank receipts, cash advances, and advance clearances; follow up on outstanding items.
• Gather historical financial data and identify trends in revenue, costs and asset values.
• Assess market opportunities and calculate financial indicators such as NPV, IRR, Payback and ROI.

Job description

Prepare daily lists and updates regarding bank payment schedules, operational payments to vendors/suppliers/contractors, and payments for cash advances and loans.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports and analyze cash inflows and outflows through transaction list reconciliation.

Collect and verify payment request documents and tax amounts from vendors, suppliers, and contractors.

Review and record documentation for bank receipts, cash advances, and advance clearances, and follow up on outstanding cash advances and advance clearances.

Gather and examine historical financial data, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other relevant economic indicators, and identify financial trends such as revenue, costs, and changes in property values.

Collect data on market conditions and investment opportunities for current project developments, and calculate financial indicators such as Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period, and Return on Investment (ROI).

Requirements:

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Financial Management.

Minimum 2 years of working experience across Treasury or Finance roles.

Keen understanding of cash flow management, data analysis, capital expenditure, investment evaluation, and financial management.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Familiar with SAP.

Detail-oriented with strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.

Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), North Jakarta.
