Job summary

Stockbit Crypto is seeking a hands-on Treasury Manager to own treasury operations and strategy. You will manage currency exposure, internal pricing, and liquidity sourcing from institutional partners to keep trading uninterrupted.

You will build the treasury function from scratch, shaping policy, risk controls, and capital deployment across IDR, USD, USDT, and other assets. In this role, you will work with Compliance and Settlement Operations to meet regulatory custody and reserve requirements,

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in treasury, FX, or trading desk.
• Experience at a regulated financial institution.
• Experience managing multi-asset treasury and multiple currencies.
• Experience setting FX rates or spreads, not only executing them.
• Working knowledge of hedging with spot, forwards, NDF, swaps.
• Strong cash-flow forecasting skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Manage treasury operations and strategy, source liquidity from institutional partners.
• Set internal FX conversion rates between IDR pricing and USDT execution pricing.
• Run hedges to manage currency exposure from order placement to settlement.
• Engage with banks, brokers, OTC desks, and liquidity providers.
• Forecast cash flow for launches and operational needs.
• Ensure regulatory custody and reserve requirements with Compliance.
