Job summary

DOKU, PT NUSA SATU INTI ARTHA is seeking a Treasury Internship to assist the Treasury Supervisor with daily manual settlements via internet banking platforms and to support the Reporting Team with MT940 uploads into Oracle.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or final year students with knowledge of Internet Banking, strong MS Excel/Word skills, teamwork, and excellent time management. Jakarta-based on-site work for 2 months; join ASAP.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or final year student from any major.
• Knowledge of Internet Banking.
• Excellent in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
• Excellent in teamwork and collaboration.
• Good time management and prioritisation.
• Quick learner with strong attention to detail.
• Willing to WFO in Jakarta for 2 months.

Supporting the Treasury Supervisor in executing daily manual settlements to Merchants via many internet banking platforms and supporting the Reporting Team in uploading MT940 (transaction histories) from Bank Permata, Bank Mayapada, BPD Bali, and Bukopin to the Oracle System.

Responsibilities :

• Support banking administration activities
• Help upload the MT940 form
• Support Settlement Activities by creating transactions via Internet Banking
