PT. Softex Indonesia in BSD, South Tangerang invites applications for a Treasury Operations Analyst on a 6-month contract.

You will perform daily cash positioning, initiate money market activities, forecast and report cashflow, monitor AUM, ensure compliance with treasury policies, and participate in stakeholder discussions. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, has at least 3 years Treasury experience, strong business acumen, and readiness to work onsite in

• Minimum 3 years Treasury experience.
• Strong business acumen and cross-functional understanding.
• Willing to be placed in BSD, South Tangerang.

Responsabilidades

• Performs daily cash positioning activities by required cut-off time.
• Initiate Money Market processes and follow through until closure of events.
• Plan, coordinate, forecast and report cashflow results with stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage Assets Under Management (AUM) balancing risk, cost and returns.
• Ensure compliance to Treasury policies, procedures and processes.
• Attend and drive treasury discussions with stakeholders.
• Forecast working capital and capital structure and present findings professionally.
• Perform other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.

• Performs daily cash positioning activities by required cut-off time. Escalate exceptions to system team and resolve issues timely.
• Initiate Money Market processes as required, follow through till completion and closure of event.
• Plan, co-ordinate, forecast and report cashflow results through close liaison with relevant stakeholders
• Monitoring and managing Assets Under Management (“AUM”) efficiently balancing against risk exposure, carrying cost and returns.
• Ensure compliance to Treasury policies, procedures and processes
• Attends and confidently drives treasury related discussions with stakeholders
• Forecast working capital and capital structure of the business and able to present the findings professionally
• Any other projects and task assigned by supervisor

Area of Treasury Operations Includes:

• Loan/Borrowing activities
• Liquidity Managements
• Cashflow forecasting and reporting
• Bank administrations
• Other assigned tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Treasury.
• Good business acumen and understand cross-function interdepends.
• Available for 6-months contract period.
• Willing to be placed in BSD, South Tangerang.
