A leading company in the travel sector is looking for a Travel Product & Contracting Executive to create competitive tour packages and negotiate contracts with hotels. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree, strong negotiation skills, and a global mindset. You will be responsible for managing supplier relationships and ensuring profitability of tour packages while working closely with marketing and sales teams.
We’re hiring a highly intelligent and driven individual to join our team as a Travel Product & Contracting Executive. Your main responsibilities will include:
Creating unique and competitive tour packages
Negotiating hotel contracts and rates
Securing deals with accommodation and service providers
Drafting client-friendly travel contracts and packages
Researching and identifying high-value hotels and destinations
You’ll need excellent judgment, strong analytical skills, and sharp business instincts—especially in spotting quality, pricing opportunities, and supplier relationships.
This role is best suited for someone with international education exposure who brings a global mindset and high-level professionalism to our travel services.
Develop tailored tour packages for different markets and seasons
Negotiate hotel rates, room blocks, and commissions with domestic & international properties
Establish and manage supplier relationships with hotels, transport services, and activity vendors
Draft, review, and manage service contracts and package inclusions
Benchmark and monitor competitor pricing and offerings
Ensure package profitability and operational feasibility
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to launch new offerings
Bachelor’s degree (overseas education strongly preferred)
Proven skills in negotiation, communication, and market research
Excellent written and spoken English (Bahasa Indonesia also helpful)
Ability to build relationships with hotel & service partners
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
Knowledge of tourism trends, destinations, and hotel categories
Experience in contracting or travel product development is a plus
