Job summary

PT Osean Trimitra Cemerlang is seeking a Travel Consultant to provide expert travel advice and tailor-made itineraries for clients in the Hospitality & Tourism sector. You will recommend destinations, accommodations, and travel packages that fit budgets and preferences.

You'll design customized itineraries, follow up with clients during booking and travel, stay current on trends, and support marketing of travel products. Accommodation and transport are provided by the company.

Qualifications

Deep knowledge of destinations, accommodations, and travel services.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to travel outside the city and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Provide accurate advice about travel destinations, accommodation, and travel packages suited to customer needs and budgets.
Design and create customized travel itineraries based on customer preferences and desires.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction during the booking and travel process.
Stay up-to-date with tourism industry trends and latest destinations to provide relevant advice.
Assist in marketing and promotion of the company's travel products and services.
