The Adecco Group is looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to oversee and optimize the movement of goods for one of our client companies. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of products from their distribution center to various destinations, including stores, head office locations, and directly to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor delivery schedules to stores, HO, and customer locations, ensuring adherence to established routes and timelines.

Supervise the arrival and dispatch of vehicles from vendors and inter-DC transfers, addressing any operational issues that arise.

Oversee all aspects of fleet readiness, including vehicle condition, personnel coordination, loading processes, documentation, and compliance with standard procedures.

Review logistics processes and offer data-driven recommendations to enhance delivery efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service levels.

Lead, coach, and evaluate team performance to maintain high operational standards; propose relevant training initiatives to build capability.

Ensure proper implementation and reporting of SHE protocols (K3) including compliance across internal teams and third-party workers.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (S1) – preferably in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.

At least 3+ years of experience in logistics/transportation, with proven managerial-level experience.

Familiarity with transportation management systems and strong knowledge of supply chain operations.

Proficiency in SAP is an advantage.

Solid understanding of HSE regulations and compliances.

Able to communicate in English
