You are

You will

• Elaborate arrival/departure schedules and submit them to the Front Desk Manager for validation.
• Organize welcome and transfer procedures for clients and relay information to the rest of the village.
• Welcome clients upon arrival and assist them during departure.
• Coordinate with airport authorities (customs, police), airline companies, and local travel agencies.
• Draft transfer plans, dispatch to providers, and follow up on invoices.
• Handle client comments and specific requests (luggage, flight changes).
• Apply Club Med standards and adhere to hygiene and security procedures.
• Assist and train receptionists in their daily tasks.
