Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional Chinese-English-Indonesian translator to assist in business communications, contract negotiations, technical documentation, and meetings with Chinese Partner in the coal mining industry.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Translate documents and email in verbal and written, from Mandarin to English and vice versa or Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa

• Facilitate (translate and interpret) the contents of messages properly and correctly in meetings and conversations with business partners

• Process the company’s contracts in Mandarin-English-Indonesian versions

• Maintain and filing translated documents, correspondence, and meeting notes and carry out other tasks assigned by the company

Qualifications :

· Maximum age 40 years

· Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken, reading, writing)

· Able to operate a computer (Ms. Office)

· Have experience in industrial or mining sectors

· Able to navigate both linguistic and cultural aspects of Chinese business practices.

· Have D3/S1 Degree or certification in Translation, Chinese Language, International Business, or Mining Engineering

· Have certification of HSK (Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi) Level 5 or 6 or equivalent proficiency (for non-native speakers)

· Familiarity with Chinese contract law and government procedures

· Ability to travel or business trips (if required)

· Have good communication and translation skills

· Physically and mentally healthy

· Minimum 3 years experience in the same field

· Placement in North Jakarta
