Job description

We are looking for a Transaction Manager to join our team at our BYD dealership in Bradford.

This is a fabulous opportunity to join a family-run business in the AM top 50 and represent one of our fantastic manufacturer partners.

We are seeking ambitious and driven individuals passionate about providing world-class customer service. This role offers a competitive basic salary with an easily achievable OTE of £52,000 per annum.

About You

You should be able to listen to customer needs, adapt your skills accordingly, and work towards targets and deadlines. Demonstrating strong sales ability and a commitment to customer care is vital, with experience in F&I, deal stacking, coaching, team development, and supporting the Sales Manager.

Motor Trade experience is required, either at a Senior Sales Executive level or from a Sales Manager/Business Manager background.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Managing and developing all new and used vehicle sales enquiries.
  2. Managing and developing finance and insurance sales.
  3. Maximising vehicle sales and profitability through effective implementation of the D. M. Keith Way.
  4. Maximising profitable finance and insurance product sales in line with FCA compliance.
  5. Ensuring departmental processes and sales team compliance with FCA regulations.
  6. Conducting monthly self-audits.
  7. Contributing to the development of plans, policies, and procedures to ensure smooth sales operations.
  8. Maintaining full compliance with all sales department procedures.

  • Work hours on a rota basis, covering between 8:30 am – 6:30 pm, with Saturdays 8:30 am - 5:00 pm and Sundays 10:30 am - 4:00 pm.

Working Hours
