Job Description

  • Drive sales and revenue growth for transaction banking products, including cash management, trade finance, supply chain finance, and payments solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and institutional clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product, operations, risk, and compliance teams, to ensure seamless execution of client solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell relevant banking products to deepen client relationships.
  • Stay updated on market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and product presentations to clients.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and support, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in transaction banking sales and corporate banking.
  • Strong understanding of cash management, trade finance, and treasury solutions.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
