Job description

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Management or a similar field
• Have at least 3+ years of experience as an executive in Education, Learning Center, or IT Consulting, with a total of 5+ years of experience in these fields
• Think analytically, work in a structured manner, and can quickly comprehend new topics and their interrelations
• Possess exemplary technical business writing and communication skills, and are fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia (other languages are a bonus!)

The work you’ll do:

• Managing the Training Team
• Creating training schedules
• Reporting to management
• Developing training systems including e-learning
• Developing training materials (videos, presentations, etc.)
